What To Expect From This Site

What To Expect From Us:

First and foremost, we want everyone to know that this blog was created for the sole purpose of us sharing our personal opinions, advice, and experiences along our money saving journey! We will NOT post matchups with store ads and coupons (there are several awesome sites that already do this and we will post their links on our page). We do NOT do "big hauls" on our shopping trips. If we come across a good deal we may stock up on several items, however all of our shopping trips are usually small and simple (but cheap or FREE!) We only buy a sufficient amount of things we need (typically about 6 months worth - it will always go on sale again!) or we buy things to donate for worthy causes. We are NOT shelf clearers! We do not see the need in buying 500 cans of tuna or 300 packages of noodles just because we can! Our couponing/saving style is simple yet effective. And we hope you can learn something from us on this new money saving adventure!

Rite Aid

~A faithful man will abound with blessings, but he who makes haste to be rich will not go unpunished.~ - Proverbs 28:20

Rite Aid is not one of our top places we shop. Only because it is the farthest from us! Our experiences at Rite Aid have been extremely pleasant, we just don't go there very often! Here are a few tips from our trips:
  • Rite Aid has their own store coupons.
  • You may combine store coupons with manufacturer coupons (called "stacking")
  • Rite Aid offers "Video Value" coupons. All you do is watch a short video on their site about a product/item and you can print a coupon for that item afterwards. It takes little to no time and is a good way to score some extra money off your purchase!
  • Rite Aid "Video Value" coupons are not considered Rite Aid store coupons and can be used with a Rite Aid store coupon, AND manufacturer coupon!
  • Rite Aid recently updated their policy to say you may NOT use a BOGO coupon with an item that is on sale BOGO to receive both items free. You may however, use a "cents off" (ex. $2 off Gillette body wash) on an item that is BOGO.
Click here for the complete/official Rite Aid coupon policy. As always, we strongly suggest you print a copy of it and carry it with you when shopping in case there are any discretion's at checkout!
